The District only pumps septic tanks that are owned and maintained by the District. The capacity of these tanks is checked regularly, and the District pumps them when needed. If you are having any problems with your septic and/or think your tank needs to be pumped, please contact the Customer Service Department at (209) 754-3543 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or email the Customer Service Department at customerservice@ccwd.org.
