CCWD Releases 2017 Water Quality Report - July 2, 2018
The 2017 CCWD Annual Water Quality Report is now available online and can be viewed below.
We are proud to present our annual drinking water report, which covers all drinking water testing performed between January 1 and December 31, 2017. Over the years, District staff have dedicated themselves to producing drinking water that meets all state and federal standards. We continually strive to adopt new methods for delivering the highest quality drinking water to your homes and businesses. As new challenges to drinking water safety emerge, we remain vigilant in meeting the goals of source water protection, water conservation and community education while continuing to serve the needs of all of our water users. Please remember that we are always available to assist you, should you ever have any questions or concerns about your water.
To ensure our customers are aware of this new report, CCWD customers are being notified in the “special message” portion of their bills that the 2017 report is available to view online, and a direct link is included.
The California Department of Public Health’s guidelines allow the District to provide the report to customers electronically, which saves CCWD ratepayers more than $5,000 in related printing and postage costs. For those who don’t have access to a computer or are without an Internet connection, the District will mail a hard copy to anyone who requests it. Customers who would like to request a hard copy of the report mailed to them may contact Rebecca Hitchcock, Board Clerk & Executive Assistant, at (209) 754-3028 or rebeccah@ccwd.org.
