Board of Directors
CCWD answers to the public we serve through a five-member Board of Directors. Each director is elected by voters within their respective boundaries and serve four-year, alternating terms.
Upcoming Events
Regular Board Meetings are generally held the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month at 9:00am in the CCWD Board Room. Special Board Meetings are held as needed.

CCWD STAGE 3.5 CONSERVATION

Watering restrictions
All residential irrigation is prohibited between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Residential landscaping can be watered on an odd/even day watering cycle:
  • Odd-numbered addresses: Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • Even-numbered addresses: Wednesdays and Sundays
  • No watering on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays

Edible gardens and orchads used as food supply and newly planted native and other drought-tolerant landscaping may be irrigated one additional day per week at the discretion of property owners.
