Terms and conditions

All rebates will be posted as a credit adjustment on the service account number entered above. The credit reflected on your billing statement will serve as confirmation that your rebate has been approved. Please allow 4-to-6 weeks for your rebate to be processed. This program is designed to provide limited financial assistance to CCWD customers wishing to install water efficiency devices. CCWD reserves the right to deny any application that does not meet the requirements outlined above and cannot guarantee that the installation of covered devices will result in lower utility bills. CCWD is not responsible for any claimed or actual damages or losses of any kind that occurs to any person, or real or personal property, as a result of this program. CCWD reserves the right to inspect, and/or verify onsite, the installation of any covered device submitted for a rebate under this program. Terms and conditions can change at any time.

Instructions

Attach a copy of your dated sales receipt showing the device and price. Covered devices are eligible for up to a combined $150 maximum rebate, if purchased on or after 11/12/2014. Rebates are limited to one rebate per item per water service account (with the exception of toilets) on a first-come, first-served basis. New construction is not eligible for any rebates. Follow these specifications when selecting a water efficient device to ensure rebate eligibility.

  • Does the CCWD provide free water audits for commercial buildings, specifically courthouses?

    • Hi Barbara, you may want to check in with the Calaveras Public Utility District (754-9442) to see if they offer water audits for the Calaveras County Courthouse. CCWD doesn’t serve San Andreas. If you have any additional questions, feel free to give us a call at 754-3543.

  • Hi there – I’m trying to apply and/or download the application – errors appear on each attempt – please advise. Thank you!
