Original post: CCWD crews are working to perform an emergency leak repair on a water service line on Copper Cove Drive in Copperopolis. The repair is expected to be complete by midnight Friday August 23. While the goal is for homeowners and businesses in the area to not experience a water outage, it is possible there will be a temporary disruption of water service during the repair. The District thanks customers for their patience.
Areas that may be impacted include La Cobre Mina, Feather Drive, Sequoia Circle, Morado Circle, Iroquois Circle, Copper Meadows Drive and the shopping center at the corner of Copper Cove Drive and Feather Drive. The District will make every effort to minimize the impacts of the water outage on residents and businesses.
This repair was initially scheduled for Wednesday August 28, but the leak became much worse Friday afternoon and required immediate attention.
