Bill Payments
Make a payment in a way that is convenient for you!
The District provides several different ways for customers to pay their bills. Calaveras County Water District accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, paper and electronic checks, and money orders. Below is more information on the variety of ways our customers can make payments.
Important information regarding transaction fees
Beginning July 2022, customers are responsible for covering the cost of transaction fees. This includes credit card transaction fees and transaction fees incurred when making a payment through our billing software, including autopay. If you would like to avoid fees, please mail in or drop off a check at our office headquarters. You can also make an electronic payment directly through your financial institution to avoid transaction fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, CCWD is a public, not-for-profit agency and can no longer absorb this cost while maintaining fiscal responsibility to support the District’s obligations and needs.
