Billing Changes

NEW! Customer Service Payment Platform

Calaveras County Water District is currently changing the Utility Billing and Customer Payment Platforms. 

The new platform will be in place soon!

After the system changes all customers will have NEW customer account numbers.

** ANY ACCOUNTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN AUTOPAY WILL NEED TO RE-ENROLL WITH THE NEW SYSTEM. **

All customers will be required to register to the new platform to gain access to:

Transaction History

Address Information

Account Information

Consumption History

Manage multiple accounts

Pay your bill (single payments or setting up auto pay)

IMPORTANT BILLING INFORMATION

Bills being mailed next week for Copperopolis, Jenny Lind, Wallace, West Point, and Wilseyville will have their NEW account numbers on their bills.  Customers in the Ebbetts Pass Area, who won’t receive their bills until after October 25th, can wait until that bill is received or submit a request to get their new account by selecting this link and submitting a request:  https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/1f58622e2fd541789a9f74de6211563d and select Account for Online Enrollment or call 209-754-3543 to ask a Customer Service Representative.

Customers who are enrolled in home banking, with bank accounts or credit unions will need to:

      1.  Update the customer account on those ongoing payments
      2. Ensure that the billing address is updated to PO Box 981224 West Sacramento, CA 95798
In order to accommodate for customers needing to set up new payment accounts, the following will occur:

Any account past due or anyone who cannot make a payment due to this interruption will not be charged a late fee for this billing cycle. Unpaid balances as of 9/22/2021 will be included in the following billing statement.
